Shipping Policy
- The orders can only be shipped during 6 days of the week (Mon-Sat) from 9 am – 11 pm.
- Shipping Charges for all orders in Karachi will be Rs.250 minimum
- All orders registered before 2 pm will be delivered on the same day. Orders registered after these hours will be delivered on the next business day.
- The packaging will include standard materials except for the ones containing fragile items.
- If a product is damaged upon delivery, the compensation charges will be paid by the seller if a claim is filed.
- Accurate evidence and receipts should be secured to file a claim against any damages.
- Discounts and offers will not be implemented on the shipping charges.
- The shipping fee will be exempt from any forms of Coupons and Vouchers.
- The items ordered from different vendors will be shipped out separately.
- Shipping delays can occur in case of issues regarding uncertain weather, national emergencies, public holidays, or other events/disasters, etc.
- After shipping has been confirmed via email, the customer will receive a call from the shipping department to find the accuracy of the address.
- In case of an inaccurate address, an order will be replaced with the correct information.
- All customs and taxes associated with a product will be included in the originally displayed price.
- Preferred Payment Methods will be Cash-On-Delivery (available now) and Online Payment (coming soon).
- A package purchased through online payment will only be shipped after the payment has been verified.
